Sometimes it just takes a moment to hit reset on my entire day. It isn't a particularly stressful day, so far. But It is an intense thinking day. A feeling day. A sometimes conscious day. I can bring more mindfulness into my moment, right now. I can take a moment just to breathe. I can take a moment to relax. To feel comfortable in my human form. I can center myself in the midst of nature. Listening to the sounds, feeling the soft summer breeze, observing the twinkling reflections of the sun on the earth, everywhere I look. Noticing, in gratitude, this moment of being alive and awake. Just for a moment. Maybe longer with some allowing.
